Standing for “User-Generated Content,” meaning content is created by regular users of a platform or brand, rather than by the company itself. it’s important because it is seen as more authentic and trustworthy by consumers, leading to increased engagement, brand loyalty, and positive perception due to the “real people, real experiences” aspect. It’s not supposed to look overly produced.
